Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings Limited (OCT (ASIA)) has confirmed that Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. emerged as the successful bidder in the public tender for the proposed disposal of OCT (Huizhou). The winning bid values the full equity interest at RMB 306.73 million.

According to the announcement dated 14 July 2026, the seller and the purchaser intend to sign the definitive transaction agreement within five working days following notification from the Shenzhen United Property and Equity Exchange. Victory Giant Technology is listed on both the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (A-shares, 300476) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (H-shares, 2476) and is not classified as a connected person under Chapter 14 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
