From April 13th to 14th, the 2026 World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit, hosted by the World Internet Conference and organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, was held in Hong Kong. YIXIN (02858), an AI-driven fintech platform, made another appearance at the summit, announcing that it has developed a Harness governance system and plans to open-source part of its self-developed AI infrastructure in the second half of this year.

This breakthrough in the Harness domain signifies that YIXIN's AI strategy has officially transitioned from a "model-focused" approach to a new "system-focused" phase. The enhancement of comprehensive, full-chain governance capabilities aims to promote safer, more compliant, and efficient operation of AI within the financial vertical industry.

Jia Zhifeng, Chief Technology Officer of YIXIN, revealed this information during his speech at the summit's "Intelligent Agent Innovation and Application Forum." He stated that the traditional manual model in automotive finance has long faced challenges such as fragmented processes, high costs, and insufficient efficiency. Since 2025, YIXIN has centered its efforts around a self-developed Agentic large model, deeply embedding intelligent agent capabilities into the entire business process. This includes intelligent calling, face-to-face review, risk control, customer service, asset management, and quality inspection, achieving large-scale implementation.

Currently, the system can achieve 65% autonomous delivery of results by Agents, a conversion rate increase of over 20%, and an overall operational efficiency improvement of more than 100%. Achieving these results requires not only the capability of the Agentic large model but also effective management through the Harness governance system. Jia Zhifeng disclosed that YIXIN has progressively developed its own Harness system in 2026.

"The Agentic foundational model and the Harness AI infrastructure are the two indispensable wheels for truly implementing Agents in the financial vertical industry," he explained.

According to the introduction, under YIXIN's self-developed Harness Framework, Agents and human agents can switch seamlessly in real-time within a single order flow. When the model exhibits "hallucinations" or makes non-compliant promises, a circuit breaker can be triggered within milliseconds, switching the process to a manual link. Simultaneously, a full-process data correlation graph has been established, enabling complete auditability and traceability from data ingestion to model application, along with low-cost updates.

"The significance of Harness is not only to make models run more smoothly but, more importantly, to ensure the safety and compliance of model applications in business operations," emphasized Jia Zhifeng. He stressed that the finance industry places a high priority on safety and compliance. "In finance, ensuring the safety and compliance of large models through Harness is not an optional extra; it is a fundamental baseline and a necessity for business."

Currently, YIXIN is a pioneer in the automotive finance industry by applying the Agentic large model and Harness, achieving practical results that simultaneously enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance. These capabilities will also be integrated into a full-chain AI SaaS platform to empower upstream and downstream partners, improving their customer acquisition, risk control, and operational efficiency while enhancing the user experience.

Furthermore, following the open-sourcing of the industry's first Agentic large model in 2025, YIXIN will officially open-source part of its self-developed Harness Framework (AI Infra) in the second half of this year. This open-source initiative is expected to enhance AI governance capabilities across the industry's entire chain, promote the large-scale and standardized implementation of AI applications, and support the overall intelligent upgrade of automotive finance.

The "World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit" is regarded as a "barometer" for digital economic development in the Asia-Pacific region. YIXIN's participation not only showcased the latest practices in automotive finance intelligence but also provided a referenceable Chinese model for the application of AI in highly regulated industries. In the future, with the deepening application of the Harness governance system and the open-sourcing of AI infrastructure, YIXIN will continue to promote the democratization of technology, empower industry partners through ecosystem co-creation, and inject new fintech momentum into the innovative development of the digital economy in the Asia-Pacific region and globally.
