Guoquan Completes HK$9.98 Million Buyback, Treasury Shares Reach 127.74 Million

Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 3.03 million H-shares on 8 May 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HK$9.98 million at prices between HK$3.26 and HK$3.32 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price stood at HK$3.2986.

The repurchased shares, equivalent to 0.12% of Guoquan’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction, will be held as treasury shares. Consequently, the company’s treasury stock rose to 127.74 million shares, while the number of issued shares in public hands declined to 2.62 billion. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares.

Under the general mandate approved on 29 April 2026, Guoquan is authorised to repurchase up to 262.44 million shares. Following the latest transaction, cumulative repurchases under this mandate amount to 4.82 million shares, representing 0.18% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, Guoquan is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 June 2026.
