浙江三花智能控制股份有限公司(02050)6月8日发布更新公告，明确了截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派发时间表及相关税务安排。
公司此前已宣派末期普通股息，以人民币计值及宣派，每10股派发2.8元人民币（即每股0.28元人民币）。此次公告更新显示，该派息方案尚待2026年6月29日召开的股东大会批准。
若议案获通过，除净日定于2026年7月7日。为符合获取股息资格，股东须于2026年7月8日16:30前递交股份过户文件，公司将于2026年7月9日至7月14日暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记日为2026年7月14日。股息派发日则为2026年8月20日。公司预设派发货币为港元，具体金额及汇率仍有待公布。
代扣所得税方面，对于非中国内地登记地址的非个人居民股东，根据税收协定适用10%或20%的预扣税率；非居民企业股东统一按10%税率代扣企业所得税；中国内地登记地址的个人居民及港股通投资者，则按20%税率代扣个人所得税。具体安排可参阅公司2026年4月24日发布的年度报告。
