Meilan Airport (00357) announced that (i) Mr. Xing Zhoujin has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director due to having reached retirement age; and (ii) Mr. Wu Jian, Mr. Li Zhiguo, and Mr. Wen Zhe have each resigned from their positions as non-executive directors due to work adjustments, with all changes effective from February 2, 2026.
