Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, disclosed at the press conference that to resolve real estate risks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, financial support for real estate risk resolution included optimizing and adjusting down payment ratios, mortgage rates, and various other policies, while reducing existing mortgage rates, saving approximately 300 billion yuan in annual interest payments for over 50 million households.
