On Friday, chip stocks rallied broadly, with the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rising more than 3%. NVIDIA gained nearly 3% to hit a record high, ON Semiconductor rose more than 7%, ARM Holdings climbed over 4%, while Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, and Broadcom each gained more than 3%. Qualcomm and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing each rose more than 2%.
