Huarong Energy Announces Departure of Independent Non-Executive Director

Huarong Energy has announced that Ms. Zhou Zhan will step down from her role as independent non-executive director, effective May 21, 2026. This decision follows her reaching retirement age and coincides with the expiration of her service agreement on the same date.
Consequently, Ms. Zhou will also relinquish her positions as chairperson of the audit committee, the nomination committee, and the remuneration committee. Additionally, she will cease to be a member of the finance and investment committee.
