壳牌集团（SHELL PLC）董事会委员会成员变动公告——2026年7月30日
审计与风险委员会迎来重大人事调整。壳牌公司（以下简称"公司"）今日正式宣布，Ann Godbehere女士在历经长达八年的委员会服务任期、并连续七年担任主席职务后，将卸任审计与风险委员会主席及成员一职。该项变动将于2026年8月1日正式生效。
与此同时，公司非执行董事、现为审计与风险委员会成员的Holly Keller Koeppel女士，已被正式任命为新任审计与风险委员会主席，任期同样自2026年8月1日起开始履行。
值得注意的是，Godbehere女士的卸任决定，与其在委员会服务时长超过八年密切相关。根据英国上市规则（UKLR 6.4.6R）的相关要求，公司特此作出本次公告披露。
