Amuse Group Holding announces online release of 2026 Annual Report, circular and AGM notice

Amuse Group Holding Limited has made its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of annual general meeting (scheduled for 14 August 2026) available on both the company website (www.amusegroupholding.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company encourages shareholders to review these documents online, noting that the English and Chinese versions can be downloaded free of charge.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the web versions can request printed copies at no cost. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by prepaid post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 8545-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Until a valid email address is on file, notification of publication will be sent only in printed form.
