消息面上，受益于人工智能热潮引爆海量存储需求，全球存储芯片市场热度丝毫未减。上周五，美股存储芯片板块再度集体爆发。闪迪大涨超16%，美光科技涨超15%，希捷科技涨超2%，三家企业股价齐齐创新高。今早开盘，韩国股市上SK海力士股价一度大涨超10%、三星电子涨超7%，再刷新历史新高。高盛分析师认为，“存储半导体行业持续高盈利的前景表明，市场对盈利持久性存在误判。”
据集邦咨询，2026年Q1通用型DRAM合约价环比暴涨90%-95%，Q2预计续涨58%-63%；NAND闪存Q1合约价环比涨55%-60%，Q2预计涨幅高达70%-75%。此外，2026年全球九大云服务提供商（CSP）资本支出上修至8300亿美元，年增长率从61%提升至79%。中信证券认为，3月以来存储价格再度上调，证明存储行业景气度维持高位。该行判断供不应求将持续至2027年，涨价贯穿2026年全年，坚定看好存储产业趋势。
