中国通才教育集团有限公司（02175）8月5日发布股东特别大会通告。公司拟于2026年8月25日16时在中国山西省太原市小店区坞城南路99号厚德楼5楼会议室举行股东特别大会，审议并酌情通过一项特别决议案。该决议案主要内容为：在获开曼群岛公司注册处处长批准后，公司英文名称将由“China General Education Group Limited”更改为“Trillion Holding Group Limited”，并采纳“万艺控股集团有限公司”为中文双重外文名称，新的公司名称自注册处处长签发确认新名称已登记的更改名称公司注册证书之日起生效。\n\n根据公告，有权出席并投票的股东可委派代表参会。委任代表表格连同授权文件须不迟于股东特别大会或其任何续会指定举行时间48小时前送达公司香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司。股东亲身出席并投票时，其已递交的代表委任表格将被视为撤销。\n\n为确定股东出席及投票资格，公司将于2026年8月20日至2026年8月25日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续；记录日期为2026年8月25日。股东如欲在股东特别大会上行使投票权，需于2026年8月19日16时30分前将过户文件及股票送达卓佳证券登记有限公司。
