消息面上，本轮上涨主要受到AI基础设施建设对存储需求的强劲驱动。SK海力士董事长表示，明年AI半导体需求预计同比增长60%至100%，而各大厂商几乎无实质性产能扩张计划，供需缺口将进一步拉大。摩根士丹利指出，第三季度数据中心内存价格环比上涨至少25%，内存正日益成为AI基础设施主要瓶颈之一，维持对存储板块的积极判断。
此外，机构密集看多也带动了资金回流。花旗将西部数据目标价上调至800美元，法国巴黎银行上调至660美元，瑞银上调至560美元，市场信心得到显著提振。
