2026年8月24日，小米集团-W（股票代码：01810）披露翌日披露报表，显示于当日于香港联交所场内回购B类普通股1,819,200股，约占公司已发行B类普通股的0.007%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币27.82元至28元，合计耗资约50,783,489.20港元（折合约5,078.35万港元）。回购股份拟予注销。
此外，公司自2026年8月17日至8月24日通过股份激励计划向非董事参与人员合计发行新B类普通股453,720股，发行价介乎每股港币1.16元至2.43元。公司B类普通股由2026年8月14日的21,329,315,539股增至2026年8月24日的21,329,769,259股；包含A类普通股在内之公司总已发行股本相应由25,758,552,167股增至25,759,005,887股。
公告另指出，该次回购基于公司于2026年6月2日通过的购回授权，公司可在授权范围内购回的股份总数为2,583,952,309股。截至目前，已在香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计购回105,830,600股，占购回授权通过日公司已发行股份数目的约0.41%。公司确认，其回购及股份发行事宜均遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
