51WORLD (06651) announced that on January 29, 2026, the board of directors of Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. received resignation letters from Ms. Zhang Yuwei and Mr. Lyu Jinrong. Due to adjustments in their work arrangements, Ms. Zhang resigned from her positions as an executive director of the company and a member of the company's Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, while Mr. Lyu resigned from his positions as a non-executive director of the company and a member of the company's Audit Committee. The resignations will become effective on the date when new executive and non-executive directors are appointed to fill the temporary vacancies resulting from these resignations at an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders to be convened.

In light of the resignations, the board of directors has proposed to nominate Ms. Du Jinyan to serve as an executive director and to nominate Mr. Yang Gu to serve as a non-executive director. The proposed appointments are subject to approval by the shareholders via an ordinary resolution at the extraordinary general meeting.

At a board of directors' meeting held on January 29, 2026, the board reviewed and approved the appointment of Ms. Du as a member of the company's Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the appointment of Mr. Yang as a member of the Audit Committee. These appointments are, however, conditional upon the respective approvals by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of Ms. Du's and Mr. Yang's appointments as executive director and non-executive director.
