Kin Pang Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share-capital structure with no equity movements during the month.

The authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1.10 billion, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement was met, with Kin Pang confirming compliance with the minimum 25 percent threshold.

No share options were outstanding or exercised in June, and the share-option scheme retains capacity for up to 100.00 million additional shares. There were no warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements in effect, and the company did not raise any funds during the month.

Overall, the June filing indicates an unchanged capital base, full public-float compliance, and potential headroom under the existing share-option mandate.
