瑞风新能源全资子公司「星途智算算力」于2026年5月25日通过公开招标，成功竞得河北省张家口市宣化区赵川镇北侧四幅连片工业地块土地使用权，总面积约14.48万平方米，出让年期50年，用地价格为8,494万元。
该地块将专项用于建设宣化人工智能算力中心一期，是集团发展规模化、绿色算力集群的核心载体。公司指出，宣化区可再生能源资源丰富，未来有助于打造“绿电+算力+储能”一体化运营模式，进一步降低运营成本并提升长期竞争力。
根据香港联交所上市规则，因本次交易的适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。公司已向联交所提交所需文件，并于5月27日恢复股份买卖。
瑞风新能源表示，本次土地收购标志宣化人工智能算力中心项目进入实质建设阶段，为集团从传统风电业务向绿色算力综合服务商转型奠定关键基础，亦有望形成规模效应并培育新的利润增长点。
