CC New Life’s 2025 ESG Report Highlights 2.6 Million Residents Served, RMB 2.77 Billion Revenue and Intensified Low-Carbon Targets

Central China New Life Limited (CC New Life) has released its sixth annual ESG report, detailing 2025 operating results and sustainability milestones.

Operational Snapshot • Revenue reached RMB 2.77 billion, gross profit RMB 0.54 billion and net profit RMB 0.17 billion. • GFA under management grew to 194.60 million sq m across 1,000+ projects, covering all 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan and selected locations outside the province. • The “Jianye+” membership platform now serves more than 2.60 million owners and residents.

Service Quality and Customer Relations • Property owners’ complaint resolution rate came in at 99 % with an average response time of 2.43 minutes. • CC New Life conducted 674 fire drills and maintained a zero work-related fatality record in 2025. • Average training hours per employee stood at 6.0, with 100 % training coverage.

Environmental Performance and Targets • Total greenhouse-gas emissions were 392,096 tCO₂e, or 20.15 tCO₂e per 10,000 sq m of managed GFA. • Energy consumption totalled 633.81 million kWh, water use 6.18 million m³. • Hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated reached 75 t and 1,077 t respectively; compliance rate for solid-waste sorting and disposal hit 100 %. • 2025 energy-efficiency targets include cutting headquarters energy intensity to ≤5.17 kgce/ m² and office-building energy intensity to ≤2.05 kgce/ m². • An “Ailaidian” smart-charging programme has expanded to 445 projects, providing services to 0.58 million EV users.

Governance and Supply Chain • The supplier base grew to 3,529 (97 % located in Henan). • A six-module lifecycle management system (pre-review, certification, admission, pre-qualification, evaluation, grading) governs supplier onboarding and performance. • 49 key suppliers signed the “Sunshine Cooperation Agreement”, committing to anti-corruption and ESG standards; CC New Life delivered 20 anti-corruption training sessions (1,140 minutes) to directors, staff and partners. • No corruption lawsuits were concluded against the company or its employees during the year.

Community and Social Contribution • “Central China Happy Times” community-building programme ran across projects, while a special “Support Farmers • Benefit Residents” campaign distributed 74.54 t of locally sourced vegetables to 57,300 households. • ESG training and communications reached all staff; complaint-handling satisfaction scored 99 %.

Looking Ahead CC New Life confirms continued alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and TCFD frameworks. 2026 focus areas include further energy-intensity reductions, supplier ESG audits and expanded smart-community solutions, underpinning the group’s goal of “green, low-carbon, high-quality development”.
