纽曼思健康食品控股有限公司（02530）8月13日发布公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计该期将录得净利润约人民币48.9百万元，较上一财年同期的约人民币2.1百万元大幅增加。
公告显示，业绩增长主要源于其他收益（亏损）净额显著增加。其中，集团通过出售按公平值计入损益的金融资产取得收益约人民币68.0百万元，但部分被按公平值计入损益的金融资产未变现公平值亏损净额约人民币20.2百万元所抵销。
集团营养品销售业务表现与去年同期相若，去年同期净利润约为人民币2.1百万元。
公司表示，相关数据基于截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目作出的初步评估，仍有待董事会审核委员会审阅，最终业绩或将有所调整。正式中期业绩公告预计于2026年8月底前发布。
