On 21 March 2026, Kanzhun Limited (Nasdaq: BZ) approved the award of 2,897,640 restricted share units (RSUs), equivalent to the same number of Class A ordinary shares, to 70 employees under its Post-IPO Share Scheme. The RSUs carry no issue price; the last closing price before the grant date (20 March 2026) was HK$52.45 per share.

Approximately 67.34 % of the RSUs will vest 50 % on the second anniversary of the grant date, 25 % on the third, and 25 % on the fourth. The remaining 32.66 % will vest in equal annual instalments over four years. About 98.60 % of the total awards are performance-linked, with vesting tied to individual evaluations conducted by the group.

A claw-back mechanism applies if a grantee is dismissed for cause, convicted of an integrity-related offence, or found in serious breach of scheme rules. All grantees are employees; none are directors, chief executives, substantial shareholders, related-entity participants, or service providers as defined by the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Following this grant, 48.76 million Class A ordinary shares remain available for future awards under the Post-IPO Share Scheme. The company states that the programme is designed to reward past contributions and align employee incentives with long-term shareholder value.
