Champion Technology Holdings Limited (00092) completed the allotment and issue of 112,908,000 new ordinary shares under a placing agreement dated 12 January 2026. The transaction was finalized on 3 February 2026, with the shares placed at HK$0.177 per share.
Following this issuance, the total number of issued shares of Champion Technology Holdings Limited increased from 984,706,848 to 1,097,614,848. The newly issued shares represent approximately 11.47% of the company’s previously issued share capital.
