RH Petrogas appoints Chief Executive Officer Designate for planned leadership transition

RH Petrogas Limited announced on Sep, 10 2026 that it has appointed Dr Julian David Fowles as Chief Executive Officer Designate, effective Nov, 2 2026, to facilitate an orderly leadership transition ahead of the planned retirement of current Group CEO and Executive Director Chang Cheng-Hsing, Francis on Dec, 31 2026.

Dr Fowles is scheduled to assume the roles of Group CEO and Executive Director on Jan, 1 2027 and will work with Mr Chang and the Board during the transition to maintain continuity in the Group’s operations and strategic direction.

The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr Chang for his longstanding contributions and indicated that further details on Dr Fowles’s appointment, as required under SGX Listing Rule 704(7), will be released in due course.
