雷士国际公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的财务数据显示，报告期内公司实现营收约1.20亿美元，同比上升11.5%。期内净利润约0.96百万美元，相较去年同期的15.22百万美元出现明显下滑。

毛利约为3,927.0万美元，同比减少3.2%，毛利率从去年同期的37.9%降至32.9%。主要原因在于原材料及运费成本较同期进一步上升，加之关税开支增长，导致整体生产成本提高。

从费用结构观察，销售及分销费用为1,461.9万美元，同比减少3.7%，占收入比例由14.2%降至12.2%。管理费用为1,607.1万美元，较去年同期微增0.6%，占收入比例则由14.9%降至13.4%。报告期内研发投入为383.4万美元，同比上升22.8%。经营活动所得现金流量净额达7.27百万美元，相较上一年同期的4.54百万美元增长约60%。

业务分项

分业务看，国内非雷士品牌收入3.98百万美元，同比下降8.5%，公司将其归因为市场竞争加剧；国际雷士品牌实现收入15.61百万美元，同比下降1.5%；国际非雷士品牌收入大幅增长14.9%至99.91百万美元，带动整体营收攀升。

对未来半年，公司将继续以国际照明业务为核心，不断优化管理架构与海外业务布局，聚焦研发与技术创新，并通过流程优化与自动化升级提升生产及运营效率。公司也在积极推进产品升级和品牌整合，深化国际市场知名度并强化品牌竞争力。
