Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (AIRDOC-B) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed on 4 September 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The registered share capital remained at 103.57 million ordinary H shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. There were no authorisations or cancellations during the month, leaving the registered share capital unchanged at RMB 103.57 million.

Issued share data likewise showed stability. Total issued shares stood at 103.57 million, of which 2.54 million are held as treasury shares. Consequently, the number of shares in public hands was steady at 101.03 million.

AIRDOC-B affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public float threshold of 25% of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 31 August 2026.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the month. The company also reported no movements in treasury shares and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activity.
