华润医药集团有限公司（下称“华润医药”，股份代号：3320）于2026年2月2日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报。公告显示，本月公司已发行普通股数量保持在6,282,510,461股，库存股份数量为零，股本总体保持稳定。
