海通恒信(01905)宣布，董事会已通过截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息方案，待股东于2026年5月11日批准后，将按每10股派发人民币0.43元（相当于每股人民币0.04元，四舍五入至两位小数）。公司预设以港元派付，但具体港元金额及汇率有待公布。另有选择权可在2026年6月9日16:30前就部分股息改以人民币收取，仅适用于香港中央结算(代理人)有限公司。
本次派息除净日为2026年5月13日，股东于2026年5月14日16:30前递交过户文件可获派本次股息，股份过户登记将于2026年5月15日至5月20日暂停办理，并于2026年5月20日确定股东名单。股息派发日定于2026年7月24日，非居民企业按10%税率代扣企业所得税，经深港通持股的内地个人投资者则按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
