On 23 September 2026, Shenzhen Investment Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.shenzheninvestment.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform. Shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies in their selected language along with this notice.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares via the Central Clearing and Settlement System can request printed copies, elect an alternative language version, or modify future communication preferences. To do so, investors must complete and return the accompanying Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The registrar also accepts scanned forms via email at shenzhen604-ecom@vistra.com.

For future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms—shareholders may choose among: 1. Electronic access via the company’s website with email notification; 2. Printed English versions only; 3. Printed Chinese versions only; or 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.

Requests mailed within Hong Kong can be returned postage-free using the provided label; overseas mail requires appropriate postage.
