Medicskin: No Change in Share Capital; 396.74 Million Shares Outstanding as of March 2026

Medicskin Holdings Limited (Medicskin) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. Issued share capital was stable at 396.74 million ordinary shares, and Medicskin continued to hold no treasury shares.

Public float requirements were met, with at least 25% of issued shares in public hands, as stipulated by GEM Rule 17.37B.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 27 September 2024, Medicskin retained the capacity to issue or transfer up to 39.67 million shares, representing approximately 10% of current issued share capital.
