中国民生银行股份有限公司（01988，以下简称“民生银行”）7月30日公告称，董事会已于2026年7月30日审议并通过《关于变更住所并修订公司章程的议案》。根据决议，民生银行拟将注册地址由“北京市西城区复兴门内大街2号”变更为“北京市朝阳区金和路9号院1号楼”，并同步修订《中国民生银行股份有限公司章程》中相关条款。
本次住所变更须获得国家金融监督管理总局核准，并办理市场监督管理部门的变更登记。待住所变更获批后，修订后的公司章程将按规定报金融监管总局备案。
董事会表示，相关议案仍需提交股东大会以特别决议方式审议。公司将适时发布包含修订章程具体内容及股东大会通告的通函。
公告同时列示了截至公告日期的董事名单，包括执行董事高迎欣、王晓永、张俊潼；非执行董事刘永好、史玉柱、宋春风、梁鑫杰、林立、郑海阳；独立非执行董事曲新久、温秋菊、宋焕政、杨志威、程凤朝、刘寒星。
