HTSC (06886) announced the completion of its 2025 corporate bond issuance (ninth tranche) targeting professional investors on November 7, 2025.
The final issuance size for Tranche 1 reached RMB 3.2 billion with a coupon rate of 1.85% and a subscription multiple of 2.82 times. Tranche 2 was issued at RMB 1.7 billion, carrying a 2.00% coupon rate and achieving a 3.19 times oversubscription.
