Mrs. Chua Bin Hwee, 69, has transitioned from Chairman of the Audit Committee to Member while continuing as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Following the change, the Audit Committee is composed as follows: • Chairman: Tan Wah Yeow (Independent Non-Executive Director) • Members: Chua Bin Hwee (Independent Non-Executive Director) and Satoshi Tanaka (Independent Non-Executive Director).
