WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. (02268) released a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 28 November 2025, indicating an increase in ordinary shares from 1,253,961,317 (as of 31 October 2025) to 1,255,074,593. The total of 1,113,276 newly issued shares arose from the exercise of share options under the company's 2021 and 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Schemes between 4 November 2025 and 28 November 2025.
