According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 13, shareholders of CAPITAL REALM (00204) transferred shares from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to Chang Li Securities, with a transfer market value of HK$4.0092 million, representing 7.88% of the total.
CAPITAL REALM announced that on August 13, 2025, the company received a winding-up petition filed by a company creditor (petitioner) against the company on August 11, 2025, to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the winding-up of the company under the provisions of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The petition relates to an outstanding principal amount of HK$6.2 million plus interest on certain loans previously advanced by the petitioner. The petition will be heard at the Hong Kong High Court on October 22, 2025.
