The 25th China Equity Investment Annual Conference officially commenced in Shenzhen on December 3, 2025. Co-hosted by ZERO2IPO (01945.HK) and investment community leaders, with joint support from Huitong Financial Holdings and Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, this year’s event has been upgraded to the "Zero2IPO·Nanshan Venture Capital Week." The conference brings together top investment institutions, industry leaders, and tech innovators to chart the course for industry development and future growth.

Amid rapid changes in the venture capital landscape, the conference focuses on cutting-edge trends through a series of forums and networking activities. Serving as a hub for insights and resource connections, it aims to foster industry consensus, deepen collaboration, and drive high-quality development in venture capital.

The opening ceremony featured a keynote speech by Ni Zhengdong, Founder and Chairman of Zero2IPO Group and CEO of ZERO2IPO Holdings. Reflecting on 25 years of China’s venture capital industry, he highlighted its growing integration into the national innovation system and its promising future.

Jin Haitao, Chairman of Qianhai Ark Asset Management and CEO of Qianhai Fund of Funds, shared strategic insights on venture capital’s global role and China’s evolving trends. Leading institutions also discussed differentiated strategies in response to market shifts. In a high-profile dialogue, Ni Zhengdong engaged with 12 top industry leaders, divided into "Exploration Teams" and "Value Cultivation Teams," sparking dynamic debates on future solutions.

Key collaborations were unveiled during the event. Under the guidance of Nanshan District Financial Development Service Center, the "Nanshan Sci-Tech Investment Partnership Program" was launched, co-led by Huitong Financial Holdings, Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, and ZERO2IPO. The initiative unites early-stage investors, venture capital firms, and cornerstone investors to strengthen Nanshan’s innovation ecosystem, spanning basic research, tech commercialization, and talent development.

Additionally, strategic partnerships for "Early-Stage Investment Empowering University-Industry Tech Transfer" were signed. Participants included prominent funds like Inno Angel Fund, Yunqi Partners, and others, alongside leading academic institutions such as Shenzhen University and Southern University of Science and Technology. These efforts aim to bridge the gap in early-stage tech transfer and inject capital into pioneering innovations.

Beyond the main forum, the conference featured specialized summits on AI and biotech, alongside showcases by over 20 cutting-edge tech firms. Highlights ranged from embodied AI robots to interactive AI toys, drawing enthusiastic engagement. Side events like the "Venture Capital Carnival" and the "X-Day" Kickstarter tech roadshow further enriched the networking ecosystem.

More thought-provoking discussions and opportunities are anticipated as the event continues.
