SHK & Co. Sets 19 August 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H26 Results and Mull Dividend

Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (SHK & Co.) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 19 August 2026. The agenda includes approving the consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and deliberating on a potential dividend declaration.

The forthcoming meeting will review the performance of SHK & Co. and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2026. Any dividend decision will be disclosed following board approval and subsequent publication of the interim results.
