新天绿色能源发布2026年第一季度财报，报告期内公司实现营收56.19亿元，同比下降18.69%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）为7.13亿元，同比下降25.07%。本季度毛利率约为23.08%，相比去年同期的23.62%下降0.54个百分点。公司营业利润约为10.58亿元，同比下降26.00%，营业利润率接近18.83%，与去年同期相比减少1.86个百分点。经营活动产生的现金流为13.91亿元，同比减少38.10%。
从成本结构来看，管理费用约1.40亿元，同比减少3.68%，占营收比重2.49%；研发投入约0.28亿元，同比下降45.17%，占营收比重约0.50%。
业务分项
公司在财报中指出，营业收入下滑主要受天然气售气量和售气单价较上年同期下降的影响，同时平均上网电价及其它收益也有所走低，导致利润端出现同比收缩。
