Chiho Environmental Postpones Board Meeting to 30 September 2026; Share Suspension Remains in Force

Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced a further one-day postponement of its board meeting, moving the session from 29 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The board will review and approve four sets of outstanding financial statements:

• Annual results for the year ended 31 December 2024 • Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 • Annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025 • Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026

Management attributed the delay to the additional time required to finalize these financial reports.

The company’s shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025. The suspension will continue until Chiho Environmental fulfills the exchange’s resumption guidance. The board pledged to release further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises five executive directors, led by Chairman Fu Tao, and three independent non-executive directors.
