Beijing's Two Airports Surpass 100 Million Passenger Trips 17 Days Earlier Than Last Year

As of October 4, the combined passenger throughput at Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport has exceeded 100 million passenger trips this year, reaching the milestone 17 days earlier than last year, according to Capital Airports Holding Company on October 5.

Breaking down the figures, domestic passenger throughput at the two Beijing airports reached 81.06 million trips as of October 4, up 6% year on year, while international and regional passenger throughput totaled 19.15 million trips, up 9.6% year on year.

A representative from Capital Airports Holding Company stated that the group will further leverage Beijing's advantage as an international aviation hub, deepen multi-party coordination, continuously optimize aviation products, innovate air-travel integration models, and consistently enhance the passenger travel experience.
