NATURAL BEAUTY (00157) has released an announcement, forecasting that the Group's revenue for the 2025 fiscal year will be approximately HK$530 million to HK$540 million. This represents a significant increase of about 49.9% to 52.7% compared to the revenue of HK$354 million achieved in the 2024 fiscal year.
The Group anticipates achieving a net profit in the range of approximately HK$8 million to HK$10 million for the 2025 fiscal year, a stark turnaround from the net loss of HK$104 million recorded in the 2024 fiscal year.
These substantial changes are primarily attributed to the Group's impressive total revenue growth, largely fueled by robust development momentum in the mainland China market, which drove a substantial year-on-year increase in related income.
The Group has consistently implemented its multi-channel, multi-brand strategy, deepening its footprint in the extensive health business sector. It has accelerated its store network expansion through its agent system and empowered channel operations with international high-end smart beauty devices, allowing its three core business pillars to advance synergistically and drive growth.
The number of new stores opened during the period increased significantly, providing strong support for market expansion and end-user penetration.
Sales revenue from mainland China surged from HK$255 million in the 2024 fiscal year to an estimated HK$440 million to HK$450 million in the 2025 fiscal year, marking an increase of approximately 72.4% to 76.3%.
Furthermore, the Group continued to strengthen its refined management practices, enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing its cost and expense structure, which collectively supported the Group's successful return to profitability.
