联易融科技集团（联易融科技-W，股票代码09959，于香港联交所主板上市）22日发布公告，董事会提呈一项股份回购授权议案，拟于股东周年大会上获得批准后，在相关授权期间内回购不超过公司已发行股本10%的股份。根据最后实际可行日期（2026年5月18日），公司已发行股份约21.37亿股，剔除部分作为库藏股（于联交所回购但尚未注销的B类股份）后，回购上限相当于约2.02亿股。
公司表示，上述回购将由自有资金或其他合法来源拨付，并符合开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则的相关规定。董事会认为，回购将有助于提升每股价值、优化资本结构及维护股东整体利益。公告引用了公司近12个月的股价波动情况：参照自2025年5月至2026年5月的历史区间，B类股份最高收盘价为3.64港元、最低1.14港元。该回购授权议案将于2026年6月16日召开的股东周年大会上审议表决，公司将于2026年6月11日至6月16日（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户手续。若获批准，董事会可于授权期间视市况决定是否及何时行使回购权。
