南戈壁资源有限公司（01878）7月14日披露，公司已接获星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司行使权利的通知，要求公司以发行普通股方式支付总计1,700万美元已转让实物利息，支付日期为2026年7月13日。
公司将向星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司发行73,497,622股普通股，占完成发行后已发行及流通在外普通股约19.83%。发行股数系按支付日期前50日成交量加权平均价每股0.3272加元（折合0.2313美元）计算。
上述普通股根据星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司与JD Zhixing Fund L.P.签订的转让协议发行。根据该协议，JD Zhixing Fund L.P.已将其就2009年11月19日发行的2.5亿美元可换股债券及相关递延协议应计且未付的1,900万美元实物支付利息权利转让予星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司。
公司表示，将在适当时候就相关股份发行的后续进展另行公告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
