MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on Apr, 16 2026 that it has signed a placement agreement with CGS International Securities Singapore, DBS Bank and OCBC as joint bookrunners for a private placement of up to 53.0 million new ordinary shares.

The shares will be offered at 0.835 Singapore dollars each, representing a discount of about 3.1 % to the volume-weighted average price of the company’s stock on Apr, 15 2026. Gross proceeds could reach about 44.3 million Singapore dollars, while net proceeds after estimated expenses are expected to be roughly 43.4 million Singapore dollars.

The company plans to use all net proceeds for general working-capital needs, particularly to expand its pawnbroking portfolio and retail inventory, and to help meet the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement ahead of its proposed transfer from the Catalist board.

The new shares equal approximately 6.0 % of MoneyMax’s existing share capital and 5.7 % of the enlarged share base upon completion. Listing of the placement shares on the SGX Catalist board is expected no later than Apr, 27 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

MoneyMax has undertaken not to issue additional shares for 90 days after completion, except for scrip-dividend or employee-share-plan allotments previously disclosed.
