Seven government departments, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Central Social Work Department, and the Cyberspace Administration of China, have recently provided administrative guidance on employment practices to 16 companies. The guidance focuses on safeguarding the rights of workers in new forms of employment. The companies involved include MEITUAN-W, Taobao Quick Purchase, JD Instant Delivery, Flash Express, SF City Delivery, Hema, DiDi, T3 Go, CaoCao Mobility, Lalamove, Full Truck Alliance, YTO Express, STO Express, ZTO Express, Yunda Express, and J&T Express. The relevant authorities have requested that these companies fully implement their primary responsibilities in employment, continuously improve labor management, and effectively protect the rights of workers in new employment formats.
