Grandit Co.,Ltd. Clarifies No Direct Sales of Electronic Grade Hydrofluoric Acid to Samsung Electronics

Grandit Co.,Ltd. (688549.SH) has issued an announcement regarding abnormal stock price fluctuations. The company noted media reports stating that several South Korean anhydrous hydrofluoric acid manufacturers began purchasing the product from China this month, with prices approximately 40% higher than at the start of the year. These suppliers are expected to provide electronic grade hydrofluoric acid to Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and SK Hynix, with industry forecasts predicting significant price increases in June and July. Grandit Co.,Ltd. clarified that, to date, its electronic grade hydrofluoric acid business accounts for a limited portion of total sales. Furthermore, the company has no direct business dealings with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. regarding electronic grade hydrofluoric acid products. Additionally, as of now, the company has not entered into any substantive price increase order agreements with related customers for the aforementioned product.
