翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（“翰思艾泰-B”，股票代码：03378）于2026年7月17日公告称，公司在香港联交所场内回购60,500股H股股份，约占回购前已发行股本的0.045%。本次回购价介乎每股27.42港元至29.50港元，合计耗资1,719,928港元（约171.99万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数降至134,060,730股，库藏股数量提升至2,158,100股，合计股份总数则维持在136,218,830股。公司于2026年6月24日召开会议通过了本次回购授权，授权回购股份总数为13,469,683股。截至本次回购完成，公司已累计回购636,100股，占授权当日已发行股本总数的0.4722%。
公司在公告中确认，所有回购行为均符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，并表示已完成相关法定程序。公告由公司董事长兼执行董事张发明先生签署。
