JTF INTL redirects RMB3.47 million of unused IPO funds to working capital after halting Zengcheng wharf upgrade

JTF International Holdings Limited announced a reallocation of unused proceeds from its initial public offering. The company had earmarked part of the funds for upgrading the wharf berth capability at its Zengcheng Oil Depot, but persistent delays in government approvals—exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic—and a strategic shift toward leased oil depots in Zhuhai led management to suspend the project and terminate the lead contractor.

The entire unutilised balance of RMB3.47 million has now been fully deployed as working capital and for general corporate purposes during the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Specifically, RMB2.08 million was spent on transportation expenses and RMB1.39 million on short-term lease costs.

The board stated that reallocating these funds will enhance financial flexibility and does not adversely affect existing operations. Other disclosures in the 2025 Annual Report remain unchanged.
