2026年8月24日，香港华人有限公司（00655）发布内幕消息公告，披露新加坡高等法院上诉庭已就其联营公司相关案件作出判决，并同步更新本集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的业绩预期。
新加坡高等法院上诉庭部分批准银行的上诉，判令该银行获赔约7,610万元坡元及5万元坡元的上诉费用。公告称，涉事联营公司具备充足财务资源承担上述判决金额。
受该判决影响，集团预计在报告期内将录得应占联营公司亏损约1.26亿港元，而上一同期则录得盈利300万港元。
综合考虑前述因素及此前已披露的合营企业亏损，集团预计2026财年中期（截至2026年6月30日）将录得未经审计股东应占综合亏损约5.70亿港元；上一同期则实现综合溢利1.99亿港元。
公司表示，相关数据为初步评估结果，未经核数师审核。香港华人有限公司计划于2026年8月28日左右公布未经审计的中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
