Sichuan Expressway Company Limited (Stock Code: 00107) has announced that Non-Executive Director and member of the remuneration and appraisal committee, Mr. Chen Chaoxiong, is stepping down from his position effective 10 February 2026 due to having reached the retirement age.
According to the announcement, Mr. Chen confirmed that he has no disagreements with the board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders. The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Chen’s contributions to the company’s development during his tenure.
