As the spring recruitment season arrives, various regions are successively launching their spring hiring campaigns. In Beijing, the workplace is embracing human-machine collaboration, with artificial intelligence-related professions continuing to gain popularity. Recently, Beijing hosted its first large-scale spring recruitment fair this year, where over 480 companies offered more than 20,000 positions. The event featured 12 specialized experience zones for emerging occupations, covering areas such as drones, the pet economy, and artificial intelligence, allowing job seekers to clearly understand the development prospects and demands of these new roles.
This year, workplace scenarios involving human-machine collaboration are becoming increasingly common. In many technology companies in Beijing, employees are already working alongside "digital colleagues" to complete tasks. Understanding AI and being proficient with AI tools have become essential skills for professionals, leading to a continuous increase in demand for talent in related positions.
Fu Qiang, Chief AI Expert for the Pan-Consumer Industry at Feishu, explained: "This is one of my digital employees, named Rui Rui, specifically tasked with improving the quality of reports. I record my client meetings daily, and my digital employee then conducts a quality check on the presentation, assessing whether my proposal meets the client’s needs."
This year, industries such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, and smart hardware are experiencing steady growth in recruitment demand, with many core positions in a "talent-scarce" phase. Latest data shows that the average monthly salary for AI engineers has reached 20,804 yuan, followed by chip engineers, mobile R&D, and software R&D, with salaries of 17,790 yuan, 16,624 yuan, and 15,816 yuan, respectively.
In Hangzhou, no fewer than 70 companies are related to robotics, with positions spanning the entire industry chain. Recently, the 2026 "Starting Spring" Hangzhou Youth Talent Exchange Conference kicked off at the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. Over 1,200 high-quality enterprises provided more than 30,000 job opportunities. Job seeker Jin, a recent graduate, is targeting sales positions in AI companies. She stated: "I don’t have a strict salary target; I’m more focused on future development prospects and growth potential."
As a leading enterprise in the humanoid robotics sector, Unitree Technology is conducting its first large-scale offline recruitment drive for sales positions, indicating the accelerated commercialization of the humanoid robotics industry. The recruitment head for the sales department reported receiving nearly 100 resumes within just one hour. Hu Xinyu, Recruitment Head of the Sales Department at Unitree Technology Co., Ltd., revealed: "The company is currently short-staffed, so we came directly with actual job openings. Generally, our sales specialists can earn over 10,000 yuan per month. From a sales perspective, we believe the ability to adapt quickly is more important."
In this recruitment fair, positions related to artificial intelligence accounted for over 20% of the total, with no fewer than 70 companies involved in robotics. On-site job demands covered the entire chain, including R&D, design, manufacturing, and management, with the advantages of industrial clusters providing more diverse options for skilled talent.
To enhance job-seeking efficiency, the conference fully upgraded its "AI + employment" services. AI employment service machines and AI interview cabins were set up on-site, offering one-stop services such as resume optimization, job matching, mock interviews, and resume printing, attracting many job seekers to stop and experience them. According to statistics, the Hangzhou Youth Talent Exchange Conference attracted 32,600 participants, with 17,000 preliminary employment intentions reached on-site.
