历史股价方面，截至2026年4月的过去一年多时间里，公司股价在香港市场的最低交易价为每股0.10港元，最高交易价为每股0.205港元。根据公告，股东周年大会拟于2026年5月29日上午10时在福建省晋江市罗山街道许坑工业区办公大楼会议室举行。公司将于5月26日至5月29日期间（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户手续。董事会提请股东于会议上审议批准该股份购回授权。董事会同时建议召开股东大会审议续聘核数师议案等事宜。
